Mindy Kay Ray is a Texas Department of Public Safety Certified License to Carry Instructor and School Safety Instructor. She is a Rangemaster Instructor Development, Advanced, and Defensive Shotgun Instructor, recognized for a performance on the "Rolling Thunder" drill. She is also an NRA Certified Pistol, Shotgun, Rifle Instructor, Chief Range Safety Officer, and Refuse to Be a Victim Instructor. She is a certified instructor for The Well Armed Woman and a Shooting with X-Ray Vision Certified Instructor. She specializes in firearm training for women in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
