With a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Foods with a Dietetics Concentration and Master of Science course work completed in Exercise and Sports Nutrition, Anna has been a career professional fitness trainer with one of Dallas TX most prominent hospital / wellness facilities since 2004, maintaining certifications by both of the country's top tier training organizations.  Fitness coach by day...tiny firearms wielding Ninja by night! ANNA'S STATEMENT: I am thrilled at the prospect of passing along all of my knowledge regarding firearms, medical first aid, and personal protection which I have worked so diligently to obtain to those who attend my courses. I am so fortunate to have studied under some of the best firearms instructors in the United States, and to have their undivided attention on issues relating to my smaller stature and limited upper body strength. I have looked to these highly skilled masters of their craft for guidance in movement, carrying of equipment and how to effectively manipulate a multitude of firearm platforms. Over time, in exercising deliberate practice models, I have been successful in making modifications to many of these techniques, as well as to my gear selection and placement, to obtain a higher level of biomechanical efficiency suited for the female frame. I would be delighted at the opportunity to share all that I have learned and experienced with couples, families and other ladies, in a family - and in particular - a female friendly environment. Nothing pleases me more than having the ability to help women overcome potential firearm related fears, to watch them gain confidence in their daily lives, and to help them make a personal protection plan enabling them to thrive in any environment.
