Paul Grossman is the CEO and Lead Instructor. He is an active police sergeant near Denver with over two decades of law enforcement experience, including roles in corrections, a Marshal's Office, and multiple police departments. He has been a police academy instructor since 2014, teaching at the Red Rocks Law Enforcement Training Academy. Grossman is a P.O.S.T. certified Police Officer, Firearms Instructor for handgun and carbine patrol rifle, and a FULL Skills Academy Instructor. His certifications include ALERRT Active Shooter Civilian Train-the-Trainer, Force on Force Instructor (Simunitions), Glock Armorer, and instructor certifications for various less-lethal munitions.
