6 datesBill Quirk, president and director of training, is an honorably retired law enforcement veteran with over 20 years of service, including nine years as an investigator and instructor with the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force. He is a Florida-certified firearms instructor and holds NRA and USCCA instructor credentials. Robert Balbis, an adjunct instructor, is a medical doctor and former US Army 82nd Airborne combat medic, specializing as a TCCC and wilderness medicine instructor. Stephen Roberts, an experienced firearms instructor with a background in private security, is an NRA and USCCA Certified Firearms Instructor.
