Bill Rapier is the lead instructor for Amtac Shooting, teaching advanced carbine and integrated combatives courses. He is also a lead instructor for the Modern Warrior Conference alongside Tuhon Tom Kier of Sayoc Kali/ Sayoc Tactical Group and Tuhon Harley Elmore of Sayoc Kali/ Warriors Way. Rapier will also be an instructor at the LE Firearms Conference in Boise, Idaho.
