Barry Mills is the founder and lead instructor, a USCCA Training Counselor, and a US Army veteran who served as an Infantry Captain in the Massachusetts Army National Guard. He is a USCCA and NRA Certified Firearms Instructor, an NRA Chief Range Safety Officer, and holds numerous certifications including Massachusetts State Police Basic Firearms Safety Instructor, Utah Certified Concealed Firearms Instructor, and Glock Certified Armorer. Adjunct instructor Charity Willis is a USCCA and NRA Certified Firearms Instructor specializing in women's instruction, with over a decade of experience. She is a Massachusetts State Police Certified Basic Firearms Safety Instructor, a certified Range Safety Officer, and a Sig Sauer P320 Armorer. She achieved a perfect score in the Massad Ayoob Group MAG40 course and founded the A Girl & A Gun – Southern NH Chapter.
