Jaime C. Spencer is a career Army Infantry Soldier with 22 years of experience teaching marksmanship. He is a DPS-certified License to Carry instructor and an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor and Range Safety Officer. His background includes multiple tours in Afghanistan and Iraq, training designated marksmen, augmenting sniper teams, and leading personnel security detachments. He is a Bronze Star and Army Commendation Medal with Valor recipient. Spencer has provided training for several South Texas police departments and is an avid competitor in 3-gun, 2-gun, biathlon, and Tactical Games events. He coached a team to first place in the 2017 Regionals for Rifle Marksmanship.
