1ST IN, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is led by owner and coach Gino Giliotti, whose training philosophy is forged in real-world emergency response and high-level competition. With over 14 years of training under top industry instructors and credentials including Rangemaster Certified Advanced Pistol Instructor, Gino focuses on pressure-testing skills under stress. He is an active USPSA and PCSL competitor, ensuring the techniques taught are current and effective. 1ST IN offers practical, realistic carbine and pistol training through private and group classes, primarily at the Topton Fish & Game Association. This is training born from experience, designed to build true operational proficiency.

As a dedicated coach and student, I practice, train and compete to ensure continual improvement in my performance, maximizing my efforts and putting my skills to the test. Then I pass along learnings to my students, sharing the most relevant, current and effective shooting techniques available.I’m an active USPSA competitor in the Carry Optics division and PCSL competitor in the Practical division. My firearms training includes Rangemaster Certified Advanced Pistol Instructor, Rangemaster Certified Pistol Instructor under Tom Givens, and USPSA Certified Range Officer (RO) NROI / USPSA / 2026 Over the past 14+ years I’ve also completed various levels of combative and performance based courses in Carbine, Pistol, Shotgun, Concealed Carry, Small Unit Tactics, CQB Tactics, Force on Force and USPSA/PCSL, under some of the top instructors in the industry.
