Safe Carry Defense

Concealed Carry and Home Defense, LLC provides certified firearms and personal defense training led by a Marine Corps veteran and 4th degree black belt. With over 45 years of combined experience, their veteran-owned team offers practical, real-world instruction for responsible citizens. They serve the community with a comprehensive curriculum, including concealed carry, home defense, women's courses, defensive handgun, AR-15, and unarmed tactics. Their classes are held at a dedicated gun club, focusing on building confidence and skill for lawful self-defense. This is serious training from proven professionals.

Sam Platia is the owner and chief instructor. He is a USCCA Training Counselor and Certified Firearms Instructor, a USCCA/NRA Certified Range Officer, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and a Master 4th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. The staff includes Danielle Platia, a USCCA Certified Firearms Instructor; Tim Knopf, a USCCA Certified Firearms Instructor; and Carmine Pellosie, a USCCA Certified Firearms Instructor. Collectively, the team has over 45 years of firearms and defensive experience.
