The instructors at OnSight Firearms Training are a team of deeply credentialed professionals. Founder and Senior Instructor Benjamin DeWalt is a lifelong martial artist and gunsmith with nearly two decades of teaching experience, holding elite certifications from Sig Sauer Academy and Rangemaster, where he has repeatedly earned Top Shot awards. Co-owner Rachel Maloney, a former state archery champion, brings a dedicated coaching philosophy and is a Rangemaster Master Instructor and TacCon Women's Champion. Instructor Sean Martin transitioned from armed security to full-time instruction, actively training under nationally recognized names and competing in IDPA. Together, they provide authoritative, real-world instruction across all skill levels.
