Durham Pistol and Rifle Club
Practical Defensive Carbine is hosted by the Durham Pistol and Rifle Club (DPRC), a cornerstone of the North Carolina shooting community since 1946. This is not just a range; it's a historic institution built on promoting marksmanship, competition, and serious training. Their extensive education programs go beyond basics, offering practical, defensive-focused courses like Practical Concealed Carry and Just Get Home, alongside NRA-certified instruction. With a sprawling facility featuring multiple specialized ranges up to 300 yards, DPRC provides a premier, member-focused environment for skill development. Training here means learning from a club with deep roots and a proven commitment to the shooting sports.
