Led by former police officer and CSI Cindy Frost, their training emphasizes that real preparedness is more than imagination—it's a practiced skillset. They specialize in comprehensive concealed carry education, including their flagship Defender Series. This curriculum covers everything from firearm basics and defensive shooting to the critical legal use of force and personal protection planning. Their philosophy is clear: you are your own first responder. With a focus on both the "how" and the crucial "when" of defensive action, Pistol & Pluck provides the life-saving knowledge and hands-on coaching to empower responsible citizens.

Cindy Frost is the founder of Pistol & Pluck, LLC with over 20 years of instructor experience. She is a former police officer and CSI detective and holds multiple USCCA certifications, including Concealed Carry & Home Defense and Women’s Handgun Fundamentals. She holds a BA in Education from The University of Montana and is a 4H Shooting Sports Pistol Instructor. Ron Frost is a USCCA Certified Instructor and adjunct instructor for the company. He is a former federal and retired police officer with over 33 years of combined service, a graduate of the Gavin DeBecker Advanced Threat Assessment Academy, and holds certifications in defensive tactics. He is a veteran of the US Navy/USN Reserve and holds a BS in Education from Wayland Baptist University. Both are 4H Shooting Sports instructors.
