Will Andrews is the founder and lead instructor. His training background began in martial arts in 1981, achieving a second degree in Tzu-jan Men Jeet Kune Do in 1985. He transitioned to serious pistol shooting in 1988 and obtained his first NRA Instructor certifications in 1989. He has developed his shooting system through extensive practice and study. His credentials include being an NRA Certified Instructor in multiple disciplines since 1989, a Certified Affiliate Instructor with Defense Training International since 1993, an Oklahoma Certified Self Defense Act Instructor since 1995, a Rangemaster Certified Instructor since 2009, a Sabre OC Instructor, and a CLEET-approved Instructor Trainer since 2014. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
